"Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered a pair of shoes. What they sent was SO completely different. They only want you to communicate via email about returns, but I found their phone number. Called in so they would pay for return shipping (they wanted me to via the automated system), and was hung up on. Finally was able to get a sympathetic young woman who was willing to help me. NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY."

"I will never buy from this site again and suggest you don't either. I never do reviews unless something was horrible or amazing. This is the first review I have written in 2012. I ordered a north face jacket that was on clearance everywhere, but 6pm had the lowest price so I bought it there. I placed my order on 10/1 by 10/12 my order was still "not shipped" according to their website so I called. The lady was very short and said they had till the 15th to have it shipped so if I don't have it by the 16th I should call back. I was nice and waited till the 18th to call back in which I was put on hold forever. When he came back he said "I am sorry this item is out of stock but let me tell you what I'm going to do for you I'm going to give you your money back!" Wow wasn't that nice of him!! So now the only way I can get that jacket is if I want to pay $50 more on another site because all the cheaper ones on different site are sold out by now. "

"Absolutely horrible company. They show items they do not have in stock but send a substitute! The first time I ordered a coverup and they sent a bikini top. When I asked for the correct item they told me it was out of stock. The communication took so long that I was unable to get the coverup from other sites as the delay resulted in them also being sold out by the time I tried to rebuy. Decided to try them again, but this time I thought I would shop smart so I ordered 10 items, figuring something would work out. I just got an email telling me that they just received my return...I never received ANY of the items so I have no idea how I could have returned them. The shipping tracking shows the items were never sent! agree with all the others that customer service is a joke. If you really want an item buy it from a company where you know you'll receive it. You can not trust this company and it should bevreported to the Better Business Bureau!

"6pm.com is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The absolute WORST. Their customer service policies are an embarassment. I will NEVER buy from them again and I will do everything in my power to tell everyone on Earth not to buy. I have never received such terrible service. They deserve to be shut down permanently. I hope they're bankrupt before the sun comes up.
I ordered boots in size 8 and rec'd them in size 6. When I called to exchange, they told me they were sold out. After speaking to 3 reps for a total of 1 hr 19 min, trying to request substitute boots, I finally had to hang up to keep my schedule. They are not sending me replacement boots. Their suggestion is that I spend MORE $ to buy more expensive boots since they're sold out. Ridiculous! This site is not worth the perceived savings - you WILL be ripped off. STAY AWAY!

"I have placed numerous orders with 6pm.com and until recently I never had any problems. All orders have been sent via UPS 3 day shipping. I ordered a North Face jacket for my daughter that was half the price that everyone else was selling it for and it's great. I also ordered her a pair of sneakers that were a great deal. I ordered her a winter jacket in size 2T. The size on the tag is 2T but the size on the label is 3T. It does seem like the jacket runs a little small so I decided to keep it. I ordered her a swimsuit and they sent me the wrong size. They did respond quickly to my email and they covered the cost to return the item. However, once I returned the item I saw it was back for sale on their website and still had the incorrect size shown. The latest pair of shoes I got my daughter were dirty when I received them and obviously had been returned. They were only $11.99 and not worth the hassle to return. I figure that they'll get dirty as soon as she wears them but still when I order an item that is listed as being new it should not be dirty. I think you can find some good deals at 6pm.com but it's hit or miss. Since I seem to be missing lately I think I'm going to find somewhere else to shop."

"So the items I ordered were very well priced and authentic Adidas. However, their quality assurance and/or customer service is atrocious, to say the least. I ordered 3 tank tops from them. I received my package fairly quickly, especially considering they offer free shipping. However, I received 2 tank tops and one pair of XXl shorts that I did not order instead of the third tank. I contacted them, telling them that they made a mistake and they said I could return the item, but I was responsible for paying the return shipping. Their improper fulfilment of my order is enough of an inconvenience, I refuse to pay any further for their mistake. So I wrote them back and informed them that they are responsible for fixing their mistake, and nobody bothered to get back to me. IMPORTANT::: If you used Pay-Pal or used a credit card to pay for your transaction with 6pm.com you can file a dispute with Pay-Pal or your credit card company if they fail to hold up their end of the bargain!! If you don't receive your items/get incorrect items/fake items/used items/anything less than what they advertise on their site, you can file a dispute and get your money back!! Purchasing items from a seller enters the both of you into a legally binding contract - you are obligated to pay for the items but THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE THE ITEMS THEY PROMISED AS THEY PROMISED!!! Exercise your right as a consumer to not be swindled - if it isn't right, and they won't work with you, dispute it with Pay-Pal or your credit card company and they will get the message that they cannot provide such poor products or customer service! You have 45 days from the date of purchase to open a dispute."

"Honestly, I was afraid to order from this site. It seemed unbelievable that the Spiewak coat I wanted was being offered for over $100 less than elsewhere. I worried that what I would be sent wouldn't actually be a Spiewak coat, but some kind of cheaply made copy - but I was pleasantly surprised! The coat came with all of the original Spiewak tags attached, it is extremely high quality, warm, and just as wonderful as I imagined. If that isn't enough, it arrived only 3 days after I ordered it, on standard shipping, which with 6pm.com is free! It's my first winter in the North, and I'm so grateful to this place for making this coat affordable so I can survive the cold season. "

"Oh my gosh so I can not say enough good things about this site and no I'm not some one that works for 6pm. I'm an 18 year old girl that wants designer things without paying ridiculous prices. Okay so I've bought so much from this site 70-80% off normal prices. I bought a northface khumbu jacket for $40 just got it today and its brand new and was packaged perfectly I'm in love! I've also gotten rock revival jeans for 40 go to buckle and they're $168! I've also bought my boyfriend a ton of stuff off of this site. Fox board shorts and clothes and oakley oil rig sunglasses, which he wears almost everyday and loves, guess how much I paid for those? $30 no tax and free shipping! Yeah crazy. I'm just in love with this site and can't believe how many negative reviews I've seen. Mostly shoes. Sounds like their shoe department sucks although i did buy a pair of designer heels once and didnt have any problems they came in the right box and both were the right size, but anyway everything I've bought has been 100% authentic and has arrived on time. Also the reps I've talked to have been awesome. I love 6 pm and if your doubting buying from them from a few neg reviews then go ahead and miss out on awesome deals!!!"

"This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Not only did they send me the wrong item in the wrong size, but when I inquired as to how to get the correct item, I was informed that this item was no longer available! They made me go ship the item back before they would give me a refund, and would not give me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience they caused me. I will NEVER order from 6pm.com or zappos EVER AGAIN, and will warn everyone I know to stay far away."

"I recently took a trip to Chicago and fell in love with a Betsey Johnson winter coat - I already have 3-4 of these and they have all held up wonderfully. The store didn't have my size so I went to purchase it online and found it on 6pm. The picture of the coat on their site was exactly like the one I tried on. I got it about a week later and when I opened it I immediately knew it wasn't an authentic coat. First - the real coat and the picture on 6pm site show a leopard print lining. The coat I received outwardly looked pretty close to the real one - but the lining was a deep red - which isn't even a Betsey color. Secondly, It wasn't one full lining - like most quality coats have. This had the deep red material sewn along the back and had black lining in the sleeves - and the back deep red lining had a seam straight across the middle where two pieces of lining had been sewn together. I compared the labels to the real Betsey's I already owned and it wasn't close either. Outwardly you could tell by the shape and where the buttons closed that it just wasn't the same as the one I had tried on. I have taken pictures and am providing evidence to the Indiana Attorney General office and hope they prosecute you for selling counterfeit products. I waited until I had gotten my full refund before I spoke out because I was nervous they would find some way to not refund my money. The sad thing is it wasn't even a good knockoff."

"I found 6pm.com by accident. I was looking for a pair of Sanuk sandles online and their name came up. Their prices were significanly lower than any other site. I took a leap of faith and ordered my first pair. The shoes arrived super fast. I was very pleased. I have placed 2 more orders with them and the delivery and products were excellent.
I ordered a pair of Lucchese cowboy boots marked down to $289 from $550. I shopped around and no one beat their price. I later found that Zappos.com owns 6pm.com. (does that make it an Amazon company?) I haven't used Zappos because onlineshoes.com had the same shoes for less, free shipping and no tax. But 6pm.com's prices were too good to beat; paying the tax was not a deal-breaker. So far; it's been a great company in my book!

"I found this website when I was looking for a brand name shoe. I stumbled onto this wonderful website! I couldn't believe how much the prices were so affordable (of course not super cheap, but very lower compared to other website stores)! I found these super cute mid calve boots from Mountrek (which is a very expensive shoe brand), and ordered the Lara Range in dark brown. These boots are super comfy and very sturdy too. The fur around the top ankle part of the boots are super cute! I noticed you can even fold the fur part over a bit! Versitile. They are also very easy to slip on and off. I would say these shoes run the exact size! (Normally I usually have to always order a half size larger for other companies, but not this one!) :) My order was shipped the next day! I even received my package/shoes yesterday! I have to say the shipping was extremely fast!! I wasn't expecting them to be shipped until 2-3 days but got them much sooner! The boots/shoes were exactly as I had ordered (size 7) and exact same shoe as the picture and video stated!! I LOVE this online store and I will be purchasing more again! So far I am going to be a loyal customer! This store is a must see! GREAT prices! GREAT shipping! And the item was shipped perfectly neat, and was exactly what I had expected! Thank you 6pm!! :)"
