"I ordered through the 6PM website. They took my order for items they did not have in stock. They sent me a bogus order, then, having no way to fulfill my real order, offered a refund. I pay shipping both ways for an order they could not fulfill - and they sit on my money for the equivalent of 3-4 weeks. I suspect that often enough this tactic works for them. Not only do they get the revenue on their books - and get the interest while my money sits with them. There are probably a lot of people who do not bother to return incorrectly purchased items, and they win that way as well. Beware of this outfit. "

I have felt strongly enough to reccomend the site to coworkers for work shoes. The prices change weekly so if you think something is too high, wait a week and check again."

"Buyer Beware! I ordered a pair of Saucony shoes in a womens 7, and they sent the wrong item - a men's size 13 shoes. I called customer service (which by the way, they can barely speak English!), told them the issue and they provided a free shipping label. I requested an exchange and said they would get them out right away (the rep placed a new order that day). Guess what? I received another of the same pair of mens size 13. So once again I called them and demanded a refund and suggested that they submit an issue to their Warehousing dept. The rep ignored me (probably couldn't understand English outside of script). Refund took 2 weeks after both returns were received. Best they could offer for my trouble is free 2 day shipping on my next order. Like I'm ever ordering from there again!! "

"I ordered a product on Dec. 19 for Christmas. When I was worried it would not arrive on time, I called them and was told by customer service reps that that I ordered it 8 minutes too late to get it by Christmas. I was also told that I could not cancel the order or speed up the shipment. (even though it had not shipped yet). My only recourse was to refuse the package when it arrives AFTER Christmas and wait for a refund. So they have my money and I do not get my product. I ordered from several other companies on the same day an will receive the products on time for Christmas. I am very disappointed in this company!"
"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes both were only 24 dollars!!! These are like 80 dollar shoes... plus free shipping. So making the purchase was a no brainer. Now I can not attest to normal shipping procedures but I paid an extra 15 for expedited shipping but I ordered on Wednesday Night and had them by Friday. Shoes showed up in perfect condition. 2 Thumbs up and I definitely recommend "
