"Great pricing and fast shipping. Placed order Monday evening and received products on Thursday. Everything was as described and all of the shoe boxes had a plastic wrap to keep them closed in transit. No damage to any of the boxes and the packing material was sufficient.
I've made multiple purchases from 6pm and have never had an issue. I never bother to write reviews for companies but I've had nothing but great experiences and felt like the current rating seemed way off. I've purchased shoes, clothes, sunglasses, socks and everything that I've ordered was shipped promptly and all of the shoes came in the original boxes.
I haven't had to return anything but I have a good idea of my sizes and accept that if I did I would have to pay for shipping. "
"I HAD to write a post here about 6pm.com after reading these reviews. I usually NEVER write a review, but I love fashion and shoes.lol There are some horrible reviews so I was nervous. And like one lady on here said she read the reviews AFTER she ordered, like me. I checked 6pm out after a "friend" (Coupon Diva) shared an ad on Facebook.
I ended up purchasing a pair of $325 boots for $81 on Sunday and like I mentioned I decided to read the reviews after I ordered. Doesn't make sense, but that's how it happened. After reading the reviews I immediately went to my order confirmation and tried to find a way to cancel. Since I couldn't I just waited it out hoping for the best. Because I was soooo responsible and actually spent a couple days thinking about whether to buy them or not. Which is good for me. I am usually very impulsive with buying. So, today, three days after my order my boots show up!!!! Exactly what I ordered!!!! I was sooo excited, but so freaked out and skeptical that it was actually real. lol I went to the designer website and compared the shoes and yep, they are not knock off. lol...Not only did they sent my boots in their right box and perfectly packaged (some ppl have said their items have come in wrong boxes), but they actually sent a caress sample and a Womens's health magazine. How cool is that?
Needless to say, I am very satisified. I was on the phone with a friend when my package arrived and I told her the whole story about the reviews. She said she wasn't sure if she would risk it. I would try again. I'm stoked about my new boots. They are going to be my main staple for my fall "collection" lol
It just seems crazy to me that I got a pair of boots that are still being sold at $325 for only $81. How does that even work??? I didn't think that was legal? Can someone tell me how they can sell them for that cheap? And they were in all sizes. I am DEFINITLY not complaining, but I am still a bit shocked. Why wouldn't everyone shop here?"
"I ordered a Joie top that I had tried on in a retail store the week prior. I thought I could find it a little cheaper online and I did at 6pm. I literally was so excited to get my package, UPS dropped it off I ripped open the box and literally my heart sank. The first thing I saw was the tag- um that didn't look like the one in the store. Oh well , tore open the bag and found that my "100% silk" top was listed as 100% viscose on the tag. The CHEAPEST looking top I have ever seen. Totally a knockoff. And I just paid how much? So I immediately started filling out my return information. Wait a minute, 6pm wants me to pay shipping back on a knockoff listed as the real deal?! Hell no! I called customer service immediately. I must have made the CS rep nervouse because she immediately put me on hold to talk to her supervisor. Well I got the return shipping paid for supposedly. We shall see when I get credited for my purchase. The most disappointing thing is that Zappis owns this company! Zappos, which prides itself on its products, customer service, and free shipping both ways. I will never be purchasing from 6pm.com again! P.S. did anyone else notice that they don't have a "comments" or "rate this item" section on their site. Makes sense now."
"I found this website with great prices I thought and ordered 13 items for 317$ on 7th August. My order had RECEIVED status for 5 days. I wrote to the customer service twice, though they did not write back it seemed on the 13th of august that they processed it and the status was changed to shipped. Now 14 days later from the date I placed my order I have no idea where is my order. USPS website has the order as Electronic Shipping Info Received on the 13th. I sent 4 messages to 6pm asking what's going on with my order and they don't write back. How am I supposed to return items that I do not like or wrong items, wrong sizes( as many people here seem to go through)within 30 days from placing my order when on the 14th day my order is somewhere in the air? I will never use this website again. They should be shut down for stealing peoples money like this."
"HORRIBLE. I bought a BCBG dress on this site last week. The dress they sent me the last person that must have returned it to them cut off the clasp and sewed it in a different area with a different colored thread. So they sent me a USED an ALTERED dress. I wrote customer service and even sent pictures to them and they sent me a generic return e-mail. So now I am required to pay the return shipping for them selling me used and defective goods? It's absolutely ridiculous. It's not worth saving $10 on a dress to have to go through this. Should have stuck with Bluefly.com, have had great experiences with them and their customer service. I was shocked that they did this to me. First of all they should be putting tags on the outside of expensive dresses preventing idiots from wearing and returning them. Secondly their warehouse should inspect return items to make sure they haven't been worn and altered. And if all else PAY THE RETURN shipping when it's their fault screwing up. Will never order from there again. "

So i went in and ordered a pair of shoes i ordered them tuesday they came in thursday shipping was free and the shoes came in perfect condtion right size right color and right on time! "The word "unfortunately" began every sentence that came out of their customer service rep's mouth. I had an issue signing for a package that was delivered to my house. I work in different locations since I am a construction worker, so the only stable address i have is where I live. After three attempts to receive a signature, the package was sent back. I called the number provided by the website and spoke to a customer service rep. I had ordered the last of a Fred Perry Shirt, so it was impossible to repurchase it unless it showed up on the website again. After speaking to the rep, she told me that the return cannot be canceled, and they couldn't hold the item for me to repurchase it, my only solution was to wait patiently for the item to show up on the website to repurchase it. So i did what any frustrated costumer would've done in this situation; I asked to speak to a manager. After a twenty five minute hold, I finally spoke to a lady who introduced herself as "human resources." She answered NO to everything I asked. It was like speaking to the customer service rep. There was no solution to any of the problems I had with the item. It almost seems like making their customers unsatisfied is at the top of their agenda."

I have made 3 purchases from 6pm.com. The first was good, no complaints. However, the second time I ordered 3 pairs of reef sandals. One for me, one for my husband, and one for our son. The sandals I ordered for my son were two sizes larger than what I had ordered. I understand mistakes happen. So, I called them and waited on hold for close to 45 minutes. The offered me free return shipping on the order. Unfortunately, they were out of his size in the same style. I was willing to brush off this minor irritation and order from them again.
The third purchase I made from them was for a pair of women's tennis shoes. I was really excited that I found a pair of shoes I loved as I had not bought anything for myself in quite some time. When UPS showed up I could not wait to rip the box open and try them on. To my surprise, when I opened the box, the shoes that were in the box were not women's shoes at all. They were a man's skate shoe in a completely different size. I was so thoroughly disappointed, I immediately called their customer service line. This time my call was answered in the most timely manner. I talked to a man named "Damien". He was nice. I feel bad for being so abrupt with him. I know it was not his fault that there was an error in my order for the second time. He offered me free return shipping on my order. And of course, they don't have what I ordered in my size anymore. Since this was the second time this has happened he also offered me free 2-day shipping on my next order. "Yeah, like I want to order from your company again.". He then spoke with his supervisor and they came back offering me 10% off my next order. Seriously, dude, $3 off. This was kind of insulting. This is not the first time they have done this to me. I am so immensely irritated with their handling of this situation. So, proceed with caution when ordering from 6pm.com.

"Awful. I ordered black Fox shorts for my fiance and his groomsmen to wear in our wedding. They sent me 5 of the black shorts and one pair of blue swimming trunks. Also, as I've seen in other reviews, the sizes were all weird. My fiance wears a size 32 and couldn't even fit in the 36 we ordered for someone else. We sent them all back but the real kicker, they took my money out of my account the day I ordered but my refund is going to take 3 WEEKS!!! "My husband was trying to suprise me and ordered me a pair of shoes from this website to save a few buck. What a mistake. I wished he would have read the reivews. His shoes were way over priced and cheap, but that was his fault for ordering them. The wrong size of my shoes were delivered to me. the correct box was sent 8.5 but the shoes in side were 8. So when we asked how to exchange to make them right we were told to return the shoes which we have to pay for and they will refund our money for those shoes. No attempts were made to make it right even though it was clearly their mistake. Will never from shop them again!"

yes I did. having worn etnies for the past 16 years i know that the widths are different but the lengths are always the same. I get the same answer with any response about I send. I gave them to someone who wears 9's and even they couldn't fit in them. They wouldn't exchange them, instead I had to return them and pay postage for an item to return it; on an item that was ordered in the correct size. Asinine. Never buying from here again, their product selection is not reliable and their service is even worse."

When I read that I actually laughed out loud!! Of course they do!! Have you read the reviews?? Every other review is nicely written by someone that works for this company!! Check it out!! There is a 1/5 star rating and then a 5/5 star rating, and every 5 star rating I read was very well versed!! I will not be ordering from 6pm.com because I believe in honesty when you are running your business. If you are thinking about ordering from this company you should read these reviews first. Please!! Don't order from a company you can not trust! And this company can NOT be trusted with confidental credit card information! They do not send out the orders as they are promised, and who cares about free shipping!! I would much rather have a real pair of sperry shoes than a knock off in a random box because the "box was damaged".. If I can tell this company is at best lying and at worst fraud then hopefully you can too!!

I then went to Zappos where I should have gonne in the first place and now if the shoes don't fit they pay for return shipping and the shoes cost the same."
