"Initially, they seemed to be very responsive to problems. As the problems persisted the service began to decline. The motherboard had problems when I got the system. Three motherboards later after having to return the system, the pc would boot up. Still had problems with the sound. They gave me a free sound card. Problems were that I had to contact them serveral times to get things done. I'm still waiting on a refund for the shipment of they computer for repairs."

The system was received a few days later than originally expected, but ABS emailed to advise of the delay. A call to their support line (got right through - no holding) got the missing item shipped right out.

They recommended buying a board locally, installing it, and then return it to the store to diagnose the problem, prior to them shipping out a new board. Very poor business practice and unethical. Still trying to get the computer working after a month of being down. Many unkept promises of fixes and management impossible to reach to discuss. "

We have called on your son yesterday and sent a new video card free of charge by overnight express delivery. We trust that this will be acceptable to you. ABS maintains a zero tolerance policy for unethical behavior and does not condone the actions of the associate that you previously dealt with. ABS is very critical, even on itself, as far as adherence to protocol is concerned but at the same time expects its employees to do everything possible to solve customer issues.
