"I just wanted to list a few things about my experience with ABS.

Website layout: The website is very user friendly. I had absolutely no trouble navigating the site. They don't list any extranneous information and they even have a feature where you can chat with a sales agent. Top notch.

Service: The service is definitely their strong suit. ABS always seems to put their best face forward. Their tech support (phone and online) is very consistent, expedient, and caring. They have dealt with user issues a million times but they make you feel like you're their VIP. This continues well after a purchase. They have even offered to me that since my graphics card has a problem with flickering they would replace it once a solution is found by Nvidia.

Packaging/system quality: I purchased the Ultimate X5. It arrived to my house within a week and was packaged securely. That system is blazing fast. They realize the importance of cooling unlike many big time computer companies like Dell and HP. Thusly ABS's systems will not wear as easily, are rediculously fast for a computer based on stock cooling, and are completely stable. Most importantly, this system beats out its competition and is much less expensive. I won't pay over $600 more for an inefficient system and a free t-shirt.

Personal notes: I think my sales agent at the time, Carlos Cruz, is a complete asset to ABS and he alone is testimate of ABS's dedication to their customers. I will continue to deal with him in my future purchases.

I have referred ABS to many people looking to buy laptops or desktops for business or pleasure and will continue to do so.

"Beautifull system that was about 1200 LESS THAN EVERYONE ELSE. Got the top of the line gaming system. They were really nice in giving me exactly what I want. Even change the color of the lights for me from green to blue. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that they sent my harddrives configured wrong and I had to reformat them and set the raid configuration the way i wanted it. Not really sure if it was my mistake or theres. The big thing i hate and i hate most of all, as with all companies, is the fact they have some people there who can barely speak engish. I just ask for someone else, but i just hate the fact that when you call a company you have to put up with trying to talk to someone who can barely speak english.

"This is the computer company I recommend to everyone who cares what their PC is made of. You get to specify every retail part in a system for the price of a generic box! (You even get all the retial monuals!)
But to avoid surprises, two warnings:
1) Systems are OPTIMIZED for the configuration you select, making add ons more difficult. So I highly recommend getting that 2nd hard drive and DVD burner up front. Don't assume something will work or be included unless it is part of something you select.

The only trouble that I have had with this new one, is the CD R. It was okay for the first couple of weeks, but then it would not write to a CD.
I called customer support, and got what I considered a runaround. They wanted me to try different programs, which I had already tried.

My sons, one of whom is a programmer, and the other is Microsoft engineer, could not make it work either.
He even tried it in a different computer.

Finally, I went out and bought a Plextor, and it works like a charm.

Their website is organized brilliantly and makes choosing and ordering a snap. Many times they are running a special (free shipping!) to save you $$$. My order shipped BEFORE (yes, before!) the estimated ship date and I couldn't be more pleased with the system! Part quality, build quality, performance - it's all top notch. And the price was very competitive.

ABS also includes all the manuals, drivers etc. for all the hardware in a hardback binder with plastic pouches. This extra touch that shows that ABS is truly dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

I can't comment about their tech. support because I've never needed it. This says a lot in itself.

Sure, like one of the other reviewers, I could have built my own high-end PC, but I do that all day for a living.
