"Compare to Dell, that was rude to my wife, and lost a sale. ABS gave me a computer, with everything I wanted, that was compatible together. I was able to decide my choices, and customize my computer, with the best products on the market, not what Dell or Gateway choose. The price was several hundred dollars cheaper than Dell and Gateway, but the hardware and software money can buy. My experience from time I open the box, and I had a manual with a user manual, and all software in pouches in see thru zip lock pages, all laid out and color coded. "I've had this ABSPC for almost a year and one of the case fans started to get noisy on startup. emailed the company and within 4 days, I had a replacement case fan sent to me FEDEX. As well, I received an email offering support (if I needed it) to replace the case fan. Great company with excellent service AFTER THE SALE AS WELL.
