They cancelled my order because part no longer available.

"I placed an order for a filter and after several days I got a notice that my order was cancelled because the part is no longer available.
They should not accept the order if they did not have the part or at least notify me as being on back order.
I would give 1 star but I got a call about the cancellation as well, that is why I increase their rating.

Avoid AC Wholesale AT ALL COSTS

"You think United Airlines has problems? The service reps at AC Wholesale (Louis all the way up to the top brass) will completely stonewall you and do not care about customer service or follow-up care. I called and emailed for almost two months, even asking for a compromise on the return of a faulty product. AC Wholesale, including the President, will not respond to your need regardless of your purchase history with them. THEY DO NOT CARE. If you are smart you will stay away from AC Wholesalers. As necessary, spend a little more with a company that will care about you won't leave you standing at the dance all alone!
Follow Up: better late than never! AC read my review and recognized that I may have "fallen through the cracks" so-to-speak. I am pleased (delighted actually) that they called and EXCEEDED my expectations in dealing with my issue. Thank you AC for showing integrity and stepping up to the plate. I am very happy and will continue buying my split systems/ AC equipment from your company. -Cheers!

Better than Promised.

"I ordered an HRV unit which was on on two week order from the factory putting our builder"s schedule 3 weeks behind. A couple days after ordering, I had a call from my ACWholesalers sales person saying the unit was in route as they were able to get one locally.
Many thanks to ACWholesalers.com for doing the extra footwork.

"Purchased bathroom fans, grills & ducting accessories from ACWholesalers.com. Better price than local & other online retailers. The web site worked well, confirmation & tracking info sent promptly. Products shipped immediately and arrived sooner than expected. Packing was excellent. All products new in box & unopened. I have yet to install, but issues now would be on Panasonic, not ACWholesalers. Thanks for running a top notch company! "

Questionable return policy but they made it right in the end.

"I purchase a line set (copper air conditioning tubing) for $147.95 with free shipping. I ended up not needing the line set. A representative from the company agreed to take the item back minus $22.19 (restocking fee) and their original shipping cost of $44.44. UPS wanted $67.52 for return shipment. Hence, $147.95 - $22.19 - $44.44 - $67.52 = $13.80. I paid $147.95 for this item and was going to get $13.80 back. I contacted the company and they agreed to waive the restocking fee. This meant I was going to get $35.99 for a $147.95 item.

After further communication with a representative, the company agreed to a full refund of the original purchase price. A highly satisfactory outcome; I just wish it hadn't taken so much effort.

Customer Service Fails Followed by Management Failure

"Company Failure to have clear statement of responsibility regarding in-route customer order shipping damage contributed to ACWholesalers confusion over how to resolve my problem. The terms FOB origin and FOB destination confused the person I spoke with in their Returns Dept. Documented promises to credit my credit account billing for my damage return shipping cost proved to be false. This company refused to file a damage claim with their shipper and would not provide me with a prepaid UPS shipping label for return of the damaged AC coil. Management refused to talk to me directly. After a delay, I received full credit for the damaged AC coil and the UPS charge for my shipping cost. I then received a call from the Call Center Manager with apology for the confusion. I will trust them with future business. "
