We do not ship damage items, customers should not receive their order in an unsatisfactory condition. The process of a damage unit, the options provided are a refund or we will replace the unit. Once we receive confirmation that the unit is in the shippers possession we release the exchange for the replacement, if the item is readily available will depend when it ships.
As the agent provided you that information will be forwarded to you an email, once the shipping department receives it. Please understand that the shipping department is in and out of the warehouse and/or taking calls. We will consult with the agent to reassure that the information provided is more satisfactory. Our procedures are handled through email when working with the shipping company to address those issues, and the customer information regarding when the exchange or tracking is released is always sent out to the customer.
