Made ecuses about their mistake.

"When I received the item wrong the second time they tried to say the product numbers aren't the same as theirs. The description on the sales receipt specifically said q 4 wire dehumidistat and they sent me a 2 wire twice. I feel the person picking the item in the store room didn't look at the order."

SURPRISED!

"I was very pleased with ACWHOLESALERS.COM with the method I could use to look up my product and order it. I was also able to track my product very well with the information they gave me. The product was delivered to my local post office 1/9/17 as the tracking stated. So all that was well and good. However,when I checked my mailbox, I was SURPRISED that my mailbox had only junk mail and no key to check the delivery box which is a different box from my mailbox, My tracking showed that it was delivered. I checked a few times during the day, but it was not there. Figured I'd wait until tomorrow 1/10 and check again. Maybe the snow storm held the delivery up. Checked again on 1/10. Nothing there. I then stopped at the local Post Office and I had to call back when a supervisor was in. The Supervisor did state that the product was delivered and ask if there was a key in my mailbox to open mailbox that this product was placed. I said, there was no key in my mailbox. He then said he would have someone come out and check the box and place a key in my mailbox to open that box. So when I got home, I checked my mailbox and there was no key. So now I will have to call and check with the post office again tomorrow (1/11)"

"the unit was great the only problem was the electrical connection to the furnace. I have found it is very hard to find any one of talent to do installations so i do this my self but when it comes to hooking electrical to furnace controls i ask for assistance ,from my normal furnace company which i support each year with three houses they refused saying a electrician had to wire it in the furnace, i had everything in place as to my specs, all they had to do was connect to furnace controls all wiring in place $167.oo dollars latter( it was wrong had to repair myself). Would life to see ACWHOLESALERS have a service that could assist for a( fee} to help customers in this type of situation hook to furnace,all of our units are Goodman. We have found a lot of resistance from heating and electrical companies. 99% that we hire do shoddy work at extreme prices. All of our electrical are to state and fed specs and state inspected. We allso purchase alot of units for rental properties."

Too bad the assurance was incorrect

"I asked the representative if the thermostat I said I would like to purchase would work with my AC. He said yes, but when I received the thermostat I find it will take re-wiring the system I have in order to do that. I guess I must pay a restocking fee for taking his advice. My bad."

Extra Charge

"They tried to charge me an additional $35 for delivery using a hydraulic lift truck. They told me I would have to off load a 180lb furnace... I refused... It turned out that all the delivery trucks have a hydraulic lift and the pleasant helpful friendly driver used it to offload the furnace and he brought it to the site of installation with a dolly without my asking. The $35 added charge was an unnecessary ripoff. (I gave the driver a VOLUNTARY tip, which he at first refused.)"
