" Everything was in place , packed very well, shipper helped me unload it & right now
i am very happy. But --i only had 1 half warm day to try it out after getting it installed.

Still without a replacement

"Living in the state of Florida results in extreme, unpredictable temperatures year round. My original order was placed on Dec 22 2016. The delivery was received, with (2) of the (3) items damaged. To date, my family has not received any updates on a replacement, nor has a credit been issued. I've emailed the account representative with no response."

A Frame disaster

"I received my order after checking the package s I discovered the A coil looked very damaged. I c alley ac wholesalers and reported the problem. I waited a week to hear from the freight company to pick up damaged coil. Another week or two went by and I received email letting me know they were shipped replacement. I received it but did not check it with in the 48 hours limit. When I did check it the coil was either the same coil re boxed or another damaged coil. Disappointed with the turn around time and the fact I still have a damaged A Coil."
