We apologize for the inconvenience with your order. Whether before or after a purchase, our company has a definitive commitment to making sure that our customers’ experience is an enjoyable one. In addition we do not tolerate any of our representatives creating a confusing or misleading environment. I’ve reviewed your email regarding your backordered item and I do understand how shipping delays can be frustrating. You should have received an email notification stating that your item was on backorder, however, these messages may end up in your spam folder. Items are placed on backorder when the manufacturer is unable to fulfil orders based on current stock of that particular item. This is only temporary, for as soon as the manufacturer fulfills the orders on the backordered item, we immediately process and ship it out to our customers.

"The line set cover I received looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for years. Not only was it dirty it had scratch marks on it. There was nothing covering it at all it was just loose in the box. I had to return it. For the price of the part it should not be in this condition."

I do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and will work quickly to resolve this matter. We have received your returned shipment and we have processed a new replacement order for the line set covers which will be shipped out immediately. Normally before orders are shipped, they are carefully inspected and packaged. It is a highly unusual occurrence to receive items in a condition that is unsatisfactory.
