"I ordered from the website and received the order within a week - ground shipping, no shipping charge. It arrived, we installed...it worked...all is fine.
Comment 1:the on-line status did not show a ship date for several days. I called, talked to a person - who checked and told me the shipping status - a bit of a gap between the backoffice and the on-line status. Not a big deal.
Comment 2: the specs (a through the wall ac/heat pump) on the website for size were not clear - I checked the manufacturer's website, found its specs - clear terminology and diagrams. This clarified. The terminology on the AC website and for the manufacturer (length, width, height and depth (choose 3), and also about the manufacturer's standard chassis sizes) are not the same - it's understandable that the website show products of multiple manufacturers, who use different conventions - a direct link from the AC website to the manufacturer's spec would be better than the transcription of the specs...Again - not a big deal...I think of a retailer's specs as screening info, but try to find manufacturer's specs to get the complete story."
