Then it sat at the local trucking dist center from friday until delivered on wednesday. That is on the trucking company. The practice of saying you have an item in stock when in fact you do not has become common practice in all industries but that does not make it right. Still and all 8 days is reasonable delivery time"

We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced with your order. Whether before or after a purchase, our company has a definitive commitment to making sure that our customers’ experience is an enjoyable one. In addition we do not tolerate any of our representatives creating a confusing or misleading environment. I’ve reviewed your email regarding using another credit card on a completed order and I would be happy to clarify. Customers are always free to choose any credit card to complete a transaction. However, once payment has been secured and the order has been shipped, using another card may become problematic. Charges cannot simply be switched from one credit card to another because of our payment system. In addition, the only way to solve this situation would be to cancel the order and have you resubmit a new order with the card you prefer. The problem with this is that you would have to ship the merchandise back to our warehouse or refuse the order. There are shipping cost associated with this transaction as well as restocking fees for when the item is received. Again I apologize for any inconvenience you have experience, however, it is imperative to pay with the card you wish to be charged.
