On 9/15/15, it was shipped via Old Dominion and delivered on 9/22/15. Both times prior to delivery an email was sent. First email was sent once order was processed and the second one was your shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, there are times when both emails go to a customer’s SPAM folder and they never open it. We’re assuming that’s what happened as we did sent them. We apologize for any inconvenience as customer satisfaction is very important to us.
