"Item delivered did not match the websites page description or the manufactures illustration. When I notified ACWholesalers I was informed that a 15% restocking fee as well as return shipping would be deducted from my refund. I will not order from them again. Jim"

If they deem it dead on arrival, we will gladly exchange or refund the unit. As you have not done this, please contact Little Giant. "I would put lower than 1 star if it was possible. The customer service at this company is deplorable. I ordered 3 air conditioners from them on 8/4/15. Their website said the products were in stock. I called 8/19 to check on the order (website said the items were in stock). Viscinia told me they came in damaged, but they would receive the new batch 8/21 and they would ship 8/24. Called 8/24 (website said items were in stock), talked to Scarlet, she indicated the air conditioners would be received into the warehouse on 8/31 and would ship 9/2. Called 9/1 (website said the items were in stock), talked to Viscinia again, she said items would ship 9/3. Called today, 9/8/15 (website says items are in stock), asked for Viscinia, she would not take my call, asked for a manager, a manager was not available. Was told the items were back ordered (remember, website said they were in stock). Ended up cancelling my order, found the air conditioners somewhere else, in stock and less expensive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!"

We have many sales representatives taking orders, customers placing online orders at the same time and sometimes for the same items. As long as an order hasn't been fully processed, our system does not reflect a sale and does not reduce the amount available of that item. By the time these orders reach our warehouse agents, unfortunately, an item may be sold out. When that happens, we contact the manufacturer, ask when they can ship us some more items and then place that item on backorder. "I ordered a dehumidifier through you 10 days ago (Aug 25th)
Order # A87984976

I received the unit yesterday (9days after ordering). There was a piece that wasn't working so I checked my confirmation email to get the number to call you. Low and behold I was charged $456 for overnight shipping.

There are two issues with this:

1. I received the unit 9DAYS after my order. Not the next day.

2. I went through the order form THREE times because it kept adding the overnight shipping. I did not want the overnight shipping. As a matter of fact, I chose you guys because of the FREE shipping. I just realized that I have a screenshot that shows where my order was prior to hitting submit in case it tried to do it a 3rd time. This last time appeared to be clear. Apparently it wasn't. (see attached)

I called your number and was denied a refund. However you want to spin it:

1. I did not want or care to have overnight shipping and it took me 30 minutes longer than I would care to be on your website trying to order it WITHOUT paying for shipping. I had to fill out the entire form 3x because it would not let me uncheck the shipping charge.
2. Let's just say that I am trying to pull a fast one on you and am lying. IT STILL TOOK 9 DAYS TO GET HERE. Therefore I paid for "overnight shipping" but instead received 9 day shipping.

At the end of the day I wanted a refund for this phantom shipping charge. They refused

After an order is placed, a confirmation is automatically emailed to you showing the entire order including shipping fees. This confirmation email was sent to you on 8/25/15 which clearly showed you were being charged for overnight shipping. Our records indicate that you did not contact us regarding this matter until after you received the item on 9/03/15. While you are correct the item took 6 days to process, however, it only took one day to be delivered. Please understand, overnight shipping only deals with the shipping timeframe and not the processing timeframe. Had you called us at any point during the processing timeframe and indicated that you did not want overnight shipping, we would have gladly removed the overnight charges. Unfortunately, as that did not happen we have deemed that the charges are valid. We hope you’ll chose us again in the future. We are open between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm EST. We appreciate your patience on this matter and eagerly await your call
