I received an email confirmation thanking me for the order. Two days later, on a Friday night, I checked my order status and discovered that the unit had been backordered, with a ten day delay.
A legitimate online merchant would have posted the item's backorder status on their website, so that consumers can either order something else, or order somewhere else.
This company can't be counted on."
