I called support and instead of a "we are very sorry this happened and we will ship you a new part" it was more "well, this is a UPS problem, and we will have to contact them" - This is poor customer centric service. I understand the need to chase the shipper, but I needed this part and between the seller packaging poorly and UPS jumping up and down on my package, I lose. The seller still got their money. Ups will not flinch at $40. However, my project is delayed while they fight it out. Sent the requested "evidence" yesterday, and I have heard nothing from the seller. This is the last time I will do business with this reseller. There were people in other reviews making similar claims, but I figured "how bad could a company screw up a hose and a piece of wire?" I am impressed on how far the bar was lowered in my eyes. Well done. "

"I placed an order on July 16th for a replacement part. It was shipped by UPS ground the following week. Somehow the item goes "missing" in transit. Ok, stuff happens. It takes another ten days to ship a replacement part because they wait until UPS investigates/completes the shipper's claim. Now *that* shipment is reported missing: "Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage." Makes me wonder if the item was ever truly sent......!"
