"Ordered a part on 7/28/15 received it on 8/4/2015. Opened package and it wasn't all there. Immediately called customer service to get another one on the way. She turned it over to shipping department but they didn't contact me till 8/5/2015. They said they could not release a new part till ups picked up the one I received. Ups picked up on 8/6/15. The new part was released on 8/7/15 and shipped out. I just received new part on 8/13/15. I understand things happen but they could have sent a new part out quicker and faster delivery because they where the ones that messed up. It just set me back a week and had to reschedule contractors."

"They were hard to get in contact with. They sent out a damaged unit twice and after the second unit was sent back they told me that the particular model was discontinued. I waited a total of six weeks. They also made me pay out of pocket for the upgraded unit. Plus after 4 days I still have not received my money for the return for the first unit.

In regards to sending you out a damaged unit twice, that is not our policy. We never ship out damage items and we certainly package items with care as to prevent damages. Most of the time, customers receive their packages in perfect condition. However, there are times when an order does get damage during shipment. When that happens, we ask that you call us and let us knows so that we can researched what happened and resolve the issue. In this particular case, it happened twice and unfortunately we did not have a 3rd unit to ship you as those units have been discontinued. In addition, while we do not do exchanges, we did give you a 4% credit off the new unit.
