"Fast delivery and excellent price. This LG A/C & Heater unit is the identical/replacement for the old LG unit which lasted for 10 years! This unit will be installed in a few days by our A/C technician & his assistant because it is too heavy for one person to install and therefore I am unable to comment regarding the operation of this new unit. The people at this company were great and they shipped the unit via Old Dominion Freight so it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. "
