"acwholesalers decided to ship to my billing address instead of my home address. I called to change address which is only 5 miles away and the company refused to change it. said that once it has been sent out they could no longer change it. I spoke to the freight company and they were willing to change the shipping address but would need authorization from HVAC company. acwholesalers.com refused to help and said would rather take a return on the item. I will no longer shop from acwholesalers.com and tell all my friends and family.

update:
Acwholesalers.com did not explain to me any reason for why they could not change the shipping address. If it was to protect me against fraud then why didn't they ship it to my billing address? which was the location I wanted it shipped to. Acwholesalers customer service didnt do a good job of explaining any policy over the phone. simply told me they would rather take it as a return to make money on the restocking fee. terrible service.

We advise them per fraud prevention policy, we do not allow that. You later called on 8/27 and we explained that to you. We apologize for the inconvenience but eliminating and preventing fraudulent orders is very important to us and our customers. We hope you’ll choose us again.
