"Things were going great but now I have still not received the pump (ordered on 8/17/15) and this is the first I've heard from anyone. Maybe that is normal? I don't know what my next move should be?"

"I was emphatically told by a sales rep by the name of Gary that there was no factory installed refrigerant line set coming from the indoor unit that consisted of a few feet. I then ordered a line set that was longer than I needed. (25 feet instead of 15 feet.) to complete the install. Other than that, the unit appears to have no dents or damage and was delivered in a timely manner."

"Salesmen was clueless. Very disappointed. They cost me big time.

Wrong order # Albert #A84055667 ordered 7-24 shipped 7-29.
Don't get me wrong,blame belongs with me. I put my trust in a salesman to know, "I NEED A HEAT PUMP" means "I NEED A HEAT PUMP" I explained in my first sentence to Brian?,I NEED A HEAT PUMP". 2 1/2 ton,14 seer HEAT PUMP. Repeatedly throughout our conversation I made it clear I NEED A HEAT PUMP. The last thing I said to Brian? was "IS THIS A HEAT PUMP"? Well it is not a HEAT PUMP it is an air conditioner. And it's useless to me. Once I screwed the square to rounds to it I could no longer return it. I hooked it up and called the electrician,he's the one that informed me it was not a HEAT PUMP. I've already called customer service and I
can't return it. So the unit you looked up,Order #A86991201 is the replacement unit for the #A84055667. Hey,you sold two units,but I'll shop another on-line store for my rental properties in the future. Live and learn.

"The packaging was pretty much destroyed when it arrived. So much so, that I had the UPS delivery person wait while it was opened. Luckily there was no apparent damage to the item."
