"Their pricing is fine very competitive but there customer service leaves a great deal for improvement they do not keep there customers up to date on shipments issues ,while I understand that they are dealing with shipping companies labor issues on import of their products they are selling they do not place notes on customers orders that call in to get updates and you have to go through the whole explanation process all over and every time I received I totally different response after every call I believe they can fix this but it will take a collaborated effort between all their departments and complete follow through on each and every customer "

"they state that your card is not charged until the order leaves the warehouse. I received an email a week ago stating that my order was shipped and my card was charged. I have been calling for the last 3 days and have waited on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. I received the same story that the item has shipped and the shipping company just has not updated their website. Finally after 5 calls today to the company and the shipping company I find out that the equipment is still in the warehouse and should ship tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN - STAY AWAY"

"We ordered our ac from them specifically because it said it was in stock. Was told next day it was on backorder. Had to argue with them to get it when promised. We paid for lift gate and was told it got broken then NEVER received it! Will NOT use or recommend them again. The units themselves however, were perfect."

"Meh. The box that the product was shipped in was not properly sealed, and contained:
A) the product, b) the bottom part of a water bottle from Sejong Alabama, LLC, and c) a heavy-duty machined steel pin. Obviously, part of a water bottle and a steel pin of unknown use and utility are pretty worthless to us.

The outer shipping box did not contain any packing, and was substantially larger than the box the filter we ordered came in. The outer box was not properly sealed (there was a big gap between tape and box), so the 'junk' we found in the box may have fallen in, or been placed in the box by persons unknown.

Sigh. "
