"Ordered an entire unit on May 13 and all items were in stock. Was never notified that some parts were back ordered until I called them a week later. Finally, after being told multiple times it was shipping out (but didn't) it finally shipped. The truck was in an accident and we had to reorder. Again, I've been given the runaround about items being backordered, then in stock and on the truck waiting to be delivered to me then backordered again. They tell you whatever just to shut you up. This company is a fraud and I feel terrible for their employees having to repeatedly lie to customers day after day. I have yet to receive any part of my order because it is AGAIN backordered....mind you it was on the delivery truck waiting to go out to me on Thursday. What a sham."

"I ordered my items on 5/23/2015 I received tracking numbers to a freight company that is no longer used by you guys . When I called to inquire about why I could not track what I purchased I was on hold for 45 mins then was told that the items were lost , and that they would be reshipped which was on 5/27/2015. Today is 5/31/2015 and I have yet to receive new tracking numbers or hear back from your company. I can assure you that I will never use your company again nor will I recommend to anyone . "
