"I called for questions and because i was not ready to place my order, he hung the phone up. It was very difficult to try and get someone again, the wait never came to an end. Due to a friend, I placed my order on-line.

"Didn't receive an e-mail confirmation until having spoken with customer service 5 days after my order. I hung up on my first call to customer service after being put on hold for 16 minutes when all I asked was if they could confirm my order. Apparently that's normal because it was almost 19 minutes before I was able to talk to an associate on the next call and 14 on the call after that which I only had to make because the shipping information I was receiving was different from each associate. The 3 associates did all agree that I should have my order in 2-3 business days. At one point it had already been 5. Finally got a hold of local freight terminal and the scheduled date was 14 days from my order. Florida to Alabama. Nothing on back order, which is why I ordered this unit to begin with as the desired unit was not in stock. Still waiting. "
