"Wait times to talk to someone about unit after purchase, minimum 30 minutes. Unit slowly stopped heating or cooling after six months. Now it doesn't work at all. Cost of repairs, right around $1700. After paying $2,300 for unit, I was expecting more. Been on hold for 32 minutes right now. All I get is run around. It looks like I will have to suck up cost. Do yourself a favor and get the more expensive, more reputable ac unit."

When I did not receive in 5 days, I called and was told the unit was back ordered and it would be 2 more months. Received the first unit May 15 and it was damaged. Sent unit back on May 20 then a second unit was sent.
Received the second unit on June 8 and it does work fine. The original order was placed March 19 so it took over 2 months to get it right.
Would not order from this company again mainly because they mis-led me by telling me it was in stock but in actuality it was not in stock and they were waiting on shipments from China.

"I have ordered on 4 different occasions. I need all the items to match, so I'm stuck with this company. Every single time I have called I have to wait to talk with someone forever. At least 10 minutes before a real person answers. Then the run-a-round starts. They are so difficult at matching their own previous quotes. I had 3 orders total, I have had 3 late and difficult deliveries. Shipped to the wrong place. Multiple terrible experiences. And you will never get in touch with a manager, expect to wait hours to talk with them."

Attempted to call and speak with Customer Service and was kept on hold for over 1-1/2 hours and still never talked to anyone. Sent multiple e-mails and never got a response. I will never order from ACWholesalers again. Finally spoke to Customer Service, they promised me the world but, again I was lied to. Customer Service is a joke, they never follow through. Having to dispute the charge they placed on my credit card."
