"So far - Disappointing

Old Dominion Freight arrived yesterday at ~ 3:30 pm 4/20/2015 MT. Before removing the Goodman furnace from the truck he pulled the
wrapping bags and plastic so we could unload the pallet. I noticed the right side appeared to be bowed. The entire top right corner
had been dented and the side panel bowed three (3) inches from the front. As you can see from the photos, the plastic straps were still attached
to the pallet. I immediately refused to accept the furnace and also gave back the condensate pump which was boxed. I never opened the
condensate pump box so I have no idea whether it was in good shape.

The entire order was refused. The delivery man looked perplexed by the furnaces' condition. While he called his people and
filled out paperwork, I photographed the damage. Attached below are the images.

I am very disappointed as I had a contractor schedule for install today. This is not just about hard earned money, but time being wasted as well.
Please let me know how soon I can expect a furnace delivered in excellent condition.
