"Very poor communication as to status of my order. At first I was told I could expect to receive my shipment within 2 weeks. Never received an email notifying me of my order or the delay. Called 2 weeks later and was told that it was out of stock, but would be in shortly. Again...no email. Called a week later and they said it still was out of stock, but that another model was in stock and available for immediate delivery. I agreed to accept this other model. A day later I called and was told that they were in the process of shipping me BOTH A/C units. Only because I called was I able to stop delivery of the 2nd unit. The clinker is that they charged me for both units and now I have to submit a claim with my credit card to dispute this added charge. Every time I called to talk w/ a sales person, I was on hold for a long time. After finally getting a real person, they said that they would be calling me back on this issue within 10-15 min., but I never received the call back as promised. This has been one of the worst online sales experiences ever. One gets the feeling that no one is in charge and they really don't care"
