"Please look elsewhere! This company is VERY unprofessional. I believe the positive reviews you will find elsewhere on the internet is their team of in-house employees trying to counteract the reviews written by actual customers. I ordered a $2000 copy machine for our business, called a week later for them to tell me that they didn't stock it and it had to be ordered from Canon, no big deal, this happens. What really irritates me is that they DID NOT bother to call me or email me about this issue, I had to call them to check the status. I called back today, another week and a half later because by now, it should be on my door step. This time, I was told the order was CANCELLED by the shipping manager because they could not get the item! Yet again, no email or phone call to ask me what I would like to do or to even let me know what was going on. Now I have to wait for the money they charged my credit card to be released in 48 hours for a product they never even had to sell. What I can say is, please avoid this company.. their advertised 'low prices' are due to the fact they do not maintain stock and, what seems like, lack of professional employees whom they have to pay. I will never recommend anyone use them now, or in the future..."
