"On A Matter of Fax's website the DLP bulb I ordered was described as "Sony OEM, Manufacturer: Sony". NOT TRUE. On my order invoice it says "Sony OEM". NOT TRUE. And free shipping if "ground" shipping is seclected when placing the order. THERE'S NO SUCH OPTION. The defaut is "Swift" shipping for $17.30. When I called them to correct the shipping I was told the bulb was "OEM for Sony...Philips bulb". NOT TRUE. After waiting two weeks I sent an e-mail asking about the bulb, and I received an e-mail that said it was an aftermarket knock-off bulb with virtually no warranty, and not in the warehouse so it wasn't even ready to ship. And despite their website calling it a "Sony OEM" bulb it isn't. Then told you have to pay more than double if you want a Sony OEM/Philips bulb. They refer to that as an A Product option. Clearly a shell game meant to decieve and cheat the customer. I cancelled the order and will never interact with A Matter of Fax again. Lucky for me I am educated, informed and savvy. Too bad you have to be to avoid this kind of company."
