"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER!!!! I ordered a samsung replacement lamp for my tv for $35. I received an email from A Matter of Fax asking me to call them, after they sent me an email stating that my credit card had cleared the payment. When I called, the salesperson told me that if I wanted to upgrade to a lamp that was 2x the price, that would ship immediately. If I didn't, I would have to wait a couple days for it to ship. Feeling like this was a scam, I said I would wait. 10 minutes later I got an email cancelling my order! Obviously, this company is baiting people in with low prices with no intention of honoring that pricing!"

"I ordered a refurbished toner cartridge for a 15-year old Canon desktop copier, an item that very few retailers but A Matter of Fax still carry. The price was good and the shipping time was very short. Although the cartridge was well-packed in two layers of bubble wrap, there was more toner leakage from the cartridge that I expected. The cartridge seems to work fine. "
