"The part I needed for half the price of anyone else."

"I ordered toner for my printer. Their system refused to complete the order online, so I gave the credit card information over the telephone. They then charged twice as much for the toner as the website had said, and never sent an invoice. I only found out when I saw the credit card bill. When I called to complain, they would not do anything about it.

Do not buy anything from them. The low prices on the website are purely bait-and-switch.

As a result of this posting, a representative finally contacted me, and gave me an RMA.
An email from ****@**** confirmed the receipt of the returned goods was confirmed on 11/28/12 and promised a credit would show up on my credit card within 48 hours. It is now two weeks later, 12/11/12, and no refund has yet been credited. I have emailed, and left phone messages the vendor, but they do not reply.

The goods shipped were not what I ordered, I paid for return shipping out of my own pocket, they acknowledged they received the goods and have not provided a refund.

P.S. As a result of this review on ResellerRatings, A Matter of Fax did eventually send me a refund check for the full original purchase including tax and shipping.

"Don't buy Samsung printer toner from them!!! When I saw the ad from Google, the toner packaging was in Samsung brand box. The toner part number was same as what my printer needed. When I got the toner, it wasn't boxed in Samsung brand box. It was boxed in a generic box. When I installed it, my printer indicated it was not compatiable and would not work. I contacted A Matter of Fax for refund but never got back to me and I still have the toner in my house not being able to use. Don't buy their toner."

"First Bulb they didnt have in stock and had a 3 week delay, because I was without a TV I chose the much more expensive lamp hoping to get it soon. After 4 weeks of waiting, I called and they confirmed they were still sitting on it. I cancelled. Never work with them again. "
