"I was not happy intitally beause of the misleading/confusing ordering process and products. Then I saw my order was charged for several times if I only made one order. Then, I was told due to the confusion, I was offered for express delivery but was not. The good thing was my multiple charges were cleared and I was offered a discount for the order. As for the merchandise, it works good so far. The only thing I don't quite understand was the replacement did not work immediately like my broken bulb. It seems it is doing some king of calibration or preparation before it works."
