I was unhappy with the shipping process (paid extra for express shipping, but then had to wait for availability of shippers).
However, Customer Service worked with me, and the result was satisfactory.

"I ordered a Canon 5D Mark III that was in very hot demand at the time I ordered it. Other retailes like Ryther Camera were gouging consumers by charging $600 more than MSRP for the camera. Abe's was right there with the other honest Canon resellers. The website listed the shipping as being 4-6 days, and the camera shipped in 5 and arrived on the 6th (NJ to NY). The request to call Morris Katz and verify an online order was a bit obnoxious, and geard to get you on the phone with someone who tries to upsell you. The sales people are very good at trying to upsell you accessories, extended warranties, and expedited shipping--I took none of these--so know exactly what you want going into the process, or you could wind up spending more than you first set out to. I was polite in declining the upsells that Morris offered, and he processed my order on 5/14, it shipped 5/15, and arrived 5/16. My orginal online order was placed late in the day on Friday, which given Jewish religious customs, explains why my order was not finally processed until 5/14."

"Great service and timely shipping. However, I order 125lb copiers from them and they send them UPS ground--they get here damaged frequently. I make a claim and they refuse to send them freight (which they have done in the Past). They just end up sending them UPS ground again, wasting their time and their money all the while I and my customers are waiting 2 weeks longer for our machines. Seriously, work this problem out.UPDATE!!!****They called me and explained that the rep helping me was way out of line and they QUICKLY solved the problem for me. This is great Customer service. Thank you."
