"WOW. I use online shopping from UK stores and this is one of the 1st times I have bought online from a store outside of Europe and America. All I can say is the delivery was incredible. I ordered the sony walkman that is not available in the UK yet and will be even more expensive than I paid when it does. O I placed the order at about 7 O'clock on Monday and it arrived on Friday morning. I was updated constantly and was given a tracking number that showed exactly where my parcel was. I will definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend AccessoryJack to anyone looking to buy electronics. By the way the new walkman nwz a17 is superb and is a great replacement for my iPod classic. Apple has missed out on this purchase and many more. 192gb solid state once you have put a 128gb card in, also connects to bluetooth seamlessly. Amazing job AccessoryJack. Well done"

"I, from Sydney, have ordered from AccessoryJack some fujifilm instax mini films as a gift for my partner, for some reason my nearest post office held on to the delivery without notifying me. Feeling that it has been a while since I placed my order, I tried to email their customer support by replying their email ( the one with the invoice). One of their staff, Johnny responded almost instantly and went through with me how to track the parcel, eventually I found out that auspost have been keeping my parcel and I arranged for its pick-up. I am happy with the product and I believe Accessoryjack's prompt and helpful response deserve some credit. Cheers."
"I purchase some ear buds from AccessoryJack.com. When I received them one side was not working... they were for my deaf daughter, who has 100% hearing loss on one side. Unfortunately, her hearing ear was the one not working.
I received absolutely NO response when I sent the item back. It was not until I opened a paypal dispute they responded - and what a load of crap it was. They claim the item was working & that since I had opened the box it could not be resold. Well, given the box isn't sealed in any way, god only knows how many times they had sold it before me. It was definitely not working, I had tried it myself as well as 2 others to confirm.
As they claim it was in working order, they would not offer the full refund. GIven I have no proof it was not working, apart from the fact I went and purchased some ear buds locally for my deaf daughters hearing aid, I had to accept the offer & be out of pocket (once converted) more than $35AUD - this doesn't include the cost of shipping, which they also said they would reimburse. Would have been cheaper to throw them in the bin. This is my first ever negative online review - I am so disgusted that I just had to take the time & effort to warn future buyers not to order from this site.
*** Note to future buyers - if your product is not working, take a video recording with sound of the ear buds to capture the fact one side is not working, as proof. "

Please be fair. When I received your claim as a completely sealed package of a Beats urBeats headphone was delivered and not working, I immediately responded and issue an RMA return for you for a warranty replacement. And also told you if the headphone is really not working the shipping fee will be reimbursed back to you. However, sadly, when I received the headphone, there is nothing wrong with it at all. I tested the urBeats on my iPhone and another iPod Touch to make sure.
When I am wondering if I need to try a third non-Apple device to confirm then email you the situation, I see the Paypal dispute claim. It is just within a few hours after I get the package. It seems to me that this kind of case is not looking for a replacement warranty but just doesn’t like the product and making up excuses for a return refund. Please understand that we are very straight on the policy that all opened packages are subject to no refund. Please do not buy-and-don’t-kind-of-like-it and refund. We explicitly put the warning on the store policy that we will not entertain this kind of refund.
But anyway, I have been tricked by my sympathy that it was a gift for your hearing challenged daughter and accepted the return. Althought there is nothing wrong with the headphone, I again accepted the refund claim for an opened and non-resalable product from you immediately. But since the shipping fee has been used, it is not refundable. Out of total US$99.99 product fee, we offer a US$80 refund for you. I also noted you on Paypal that we can always send you a new replacement from Beats. You do not need to accept the offer.
If you needed prove, I can take a video showing you both left and right sides of the urBeats are working fine. It is now sitting on my desk and I do not have a clue what to do with it.
**PS, usually when we received a totally working fine defective on arrival claim, we will just send it right back to the sender. To help us keep our selling price low, we have to keep this policy very straight.
