But that's not the terrible part, electronics are not made of stone, wires can be bent or damaged in the packaging process, etc. The terrible part? I contacted them immediately to tell them about the problem... I received no response. I contacted them again a few days later... no response. By contacting I mean e-mail, since they do not have a phone number for you to call. If you're an American, dont take for granted the quality of business retailers stationed in the United States of America, which offers protection for consumers by the Better Business Bureau. Theres no reason to risk getting scammed just to save a few extra dollars. Dont buy from this sketchy business. P.S. In fact, I have emailed you the RMA return on 9th July but still not hearing from you. So I followed up another email on 11th July via Reseller Ratings to you explaining the situation and still not hearing from you until today. Not sure if your AOL email will filter all the emails into spam. Hotmail and AOL used to filter out everything.

I emailed them about the custom duty and they said they would send it as a 40USD so if I have to pay it would only be £8. But they arrived today and I didn't have to pay any thing.

Thank you very much for your purchase at AccessoryJack. You ordered from US a Sony 1RBT MK2 on 4 Jan and we shipped it on 6 Jan with mail tracking number for USPS.com online tracking. It confirmed on 10 Jan, it arrived the US already and processing by USPS.
On 21 Jan, you emailed us regarding you have not received your package. I replied you immediately we will ask Hong Kong Post for your case and will file a mail tracing service if needed. On 25 you emailed us again and worried if it has been lost. Since we are still confirming with Hong Kong Post what is going on, I did not reply you right away. In less than 24 hours, you already disputed to Paypal your package has been lost.
We later found that due to bad weather condition, all USPS mails will be suffering extreme delays and you are not the only customer troubled with the issue. Since a dispute has been issued, we will only reply via the Paypal channel in order to keep everything informed to Paypal for the case. Please check if you have received any feedback from us to Paypal.
And today you changed the dispute from not received to Not As Described and wish for a refund. But the fact is that, your tracking now turns up in USPS. It is in PHILADELPHIA and transiting to you now. So 1. your package, as we told you, is not lost but just delayed. 2. You have not received your package and you lied on the condition of the package to Paypal. As a merchant, what can we do?
I understand your frustration, but sometimes there are delays in mail due to accidents. And US is a pretty safe place to get your mail. If it is really lost, we will refund to you when confirmed anyway. You also got Paypal to dispute as well. So no worries.
Please understand we are in a long weekend Chinese New Year holidays that you last email on 31 Jan that I just read is not replied yet. We are sorry for the delay.
