"I recently went on a trip to China, and found a pair of Sony MDR-ZX300 headphones on the shelf of a store. I originally went hunting for beats... but these headphones looked similar and produced great sound for a fraction of the overpriced "designer headphones"

I wasn't too happy with their asking price in the Chinese electronics store, and throughout my holiday, I tried hard to find the headphones and get them for a great price.

Ultimately, I decided to check online for them and found Accessoryjack.com. Now, I kid you not... but it cost me LESS to order these Sony headphones from Accessory Jack and have them sent from Hong Kong, then it did for me to buy them anywhere in China, no matter how hard I bargained for them.

I did have some questions and was wondering why it hadn't been shipped after a few days, and Johnny was very helpful... not only did he reply, but he was proactive to already be on the case, having already called Sony direct to ask for their schedule as to be able to provide me with an accurate estimation of delivery time. Courteous, professional, and very efficient.

The product itself arrived in great time at my post office box, was exactly as described in original sony packaging... and if you know Sony, they honour their warranties at any sony location worldwide.

No risk for me to import their product, I paid the cheapest possible price, got exemplary service, and all of my expectations exceeded.

"When I first thought of purchasing from Accessory Jack, I was a little hesitant since I was unsure of how reliable they would be. Let me put those fears to rest for anyone else. Accessory Jack has been a pleasure to deal with, both with their service, and the quality of their products.

I was after a pair of very rare (in Australia) Denon AH-D2000 headphones and queried it with Accessory Jack. At the time it was out of stock. Little did I know, that Johnny from Accessory Jack would personally email me at a later date to alert me that they had received a very small shipment of new Denon's and asked if I wanted him to reserve one for me. This is beyond what most sellers would do and I would not have the headphones if not for this.

The price was the great, the product was authentic and worked perfectly (unlike another one I bought from the US), and it was shipped to me in under a week.

Not only this, I had a ton of questions, which Johnny responded to very politely and made sure to alleviate any concerns I had.

I purchased an iPhone docking radio clock from accessory jack based on the price they were offering on-line but what they failed to mention was the fact that it will be shipped from Hong Kong. It took almost two weeks and then I got a notification form Parcel Force to pay £38 duty charges on it. I contacted accessory jack in this regard and they refused to pay this. I asked to return the product even before accepting it and they advised that they will subtract delivery costs and the product will go through a complete quality check before they will think of refunding me the amount.
