"I was interested in an ATI All-In-Wonder 9700 Pro, but I was a little skeptical when I saw the Accupc price (I usually buy from mainstream resellers). I thought I'd give it a shot so I ordered the card on Saturday. Monday morning when I looked up my order status, it showed a note to call them. When I called customer service, they said that my billing address didn't match the address from the credit card company. Reviewing my on-file addresses several times with both parties and finding that they were absolutely identical and that all information (including CC#) matched, I asked the rep what I should do. He informed me that there wasn't anything he could do but to cancel my order. I’m not sure what kind of operation they’re running, but maybe I’m lucky it didn’t go further."
"Bought a Thermaltake Xaser II a5000a black case without a power supply for the cheapest price I could find. Shipping is slightly higher than I would deam appropriate, but that's FedEx's fault and not AccuPC's. Today on (8/16/2003) I checked the status of my order and it was already shipped and should be here tuesday (although it is already < 50 miles from my house) but again, that is FedEx's fault not AccuPC's. For the cheapest shipping option (the saver shipping was $12, the next higher one was $75 dollars! - FedEx sucks.) All in all, I am very happy. AccuPC is great! Fedex and UPS are horrible."

"On 3 August I order a Powercolor 9700 non-Pro video card on their website. Confirmation of the order went smoothly but on the 4th their link to my order status showed a status that indicated my credit card company did not have my alternate shipping address for confirmation purposes. I knew this to be false because two days prior to my order I had reconfirmed with my credit card company that they had it. I had to send an email to Accupc in essense saying that cannot be so and to please call the company again and to not delay shipping of the product any further. The next day I checked the status and it shows the part out of stock and to call customer service. Basically while we sorted out the shipping address glitch they let the last card out the door! The customer rep. explained that they attempted to order the part from the manufacturer but that since ATi has discontinued the card there were no new cards being manufactured. To be fair, the person I spoke to could not have been more professional and apologetic. He went so far as offering me a discount on any other card they had in stock because of the unfortunate situation. That showed to me that these folks are legit and professional in their dealings with the public. Althought I ultimately went elsewhere for the video card, I would not rule out Accupc in the future."

I got a great case at a great value, and their web site is excellent. The only nitpick is that they need to get the tracking numbers from their "drop ship" vendors a little sooner (less than 48 hours after the item actually ships)."

Only email I received verified order and pointed me to Web site tracking that never included tracking number as it said it would, but the site did indicate that the case was being drop shipped by a "vendor." When I purchased, I knew the case wouldn't ship for "2 or 3 days" but a week after order I was getting a little worried and called to get a tracking number. A real person (Alex) answered and was attempting to find tracking number (it must be harder when an item is shipped by someone else) when the FedEx truck pulled in my driveway with the case. All in all, I can't complain -- beautiful case and a great price. And Alex seemed pretty friendly and anxious to help me, apologizing for putting me on hold and offering to call me back if he was taking up too much of my time."
