We pick what we want, grab the design template, design what we want it to look like, upload it, and work with the Ace team to make sure it looks the way we want it and we're done. We always get great photos before the items ship and they are actually really good quality products usually with nice carry cases and good hardware. I've even gotten calls from Ace just to make sure everything is going well. Good company from what I can tell, with great products, and great customer experience. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the website could be a little more fluid and intuitive, but that's about it!"
