The reps are very responsive, very helpful, as well as Art department. It was shippedon time, as promised. The quality of the print is amazing.

The edges of the back drop were uneven and not professional looking while on the photo it looks straight and wonderful. While doing Art work, there is no preview of the final work. For anyone who orders it for the first time it is unclear how the safety areas will look after the fabric is stretched out."

"I had the pleasure of working with Ace during my previous job, and I was impressed by their excellent work, friendly staff, and their responsiveness to my many questions. So, when I found myself in need of purchasing two banners and a table cloth for a client's upcoming trade show, I knew that Ace was the best choice.
Unfortunately, the client's approval came at the 11th hour, forcing us to ship the items directly to the conference center's concierge, despite our reservations. To our dismay, the conference center signed for both packages, but then claimed that the second one was never received. So frustrating. And just our luck that the missing package couldn't have been the easily replaceable table cloth – it had to be the irreplaceable custom banners.
Since this incident marked the beginning of a series of trade shows for our client, we had no choice but to reorder a new set of banners. We reached out to Ace and explained the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in. To our relief, Ace not only understood our predicament but also offered us a discount on the replacement banners. We were grateful for their understanding and willingness to accommodate us, even thought it wasn't their fault.
Overall, despite the setback with the missing package, we are extremely thankful for Ace's support and exceptional customer service. They truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and their assistance has been invaluable to us."
