"I would love to give Ace five stars because the product ultimately looks beautiful. That said, there were no installation instructions included, nor was there an installation video listed. When I did the trial run I was able to set it up but when I went to install at the tradeshow the plastic bolt holders on both sides of the top pole broke off. I had to switch that pole to the bottom and it was not attached to anything, it just hung there with less stability. Also, customer service was a bit slow. My questions took days to be answered."
