"I’m pleased with the product and experience over all. The digital rendering requires more from me than I have digital file skill for. Asked “what do you do for customers like me” as I could not manipulate the digital files. They stepped in and resolved. Print is full compared to company logo (same digital file) printed on tent. This product looks good until next to my logo tent. Not in the same ballpark. Expensive pop up wall. Wish this was much better.

Wall shows best indoors. Material is thin. If outside or window is behind wall, the sheer material is very transparent and logo is difficult to see. With a purchase price in 1k range, this isn’t good."

"I called in and reported the mistake and was told you had signed the approval. I called again and spoke with the original person took the order and they agreed with me that I wanted 10x8. Also the Velcro at bottom of the frame to stick to graphics came off, so graphics would not stick at a conference. I reported it and was sent an editorial video how to set up. I’ve been doing conference for 11 years and this is my worst experience."
