We thought we were purchasing a product that included graphics, only to find out that adding the graphics and the "kit" that made the product function as advertised nearly doubled the price. There was no-where on the product page that this was shown; and the language on the product page actually made it seem like everything was included. When we pointed this out to ACE staff, they seemed indifferent. We can't be the only customers who have been misled and upset about this and ACE should really fix this on their website. Word of caution - don't order from ACE online without confirming with a salesperson that what you are buying includes everything you want included so the product functions as you intend it to. "
