"After talking to a few unhelpful employees who really didn't seem to know what they were doing, I was impressed by the Rachel's ability to help out in a stressful and last minute project. My client asked me to design a booth for them the night before it needed to be sent out, and Rachel worked with me to get it done.

While it was awesome to have the project completed so quickly, the products that arrived were the damaged in shipping because they were not packed correctly and the colors were drastically off from what I sent. I felt that it was probably due to the rushed nature of the timeline and we still had a booth we could use at the convention a few days later.

Unfortunately, the color shift was not a one time thing. I decided to use them again because I liked the original experience and ran into the same issues. Talking to anyone at the company except Rachel seems to be pointless, and final products again had color issues and arrived damaged. The frame of one $4000 hanging sign we bought was so battered that I thought it had been used in multiple conventions before it was sent to us.

I really want to like this AceExhibits as I think they offer some nice products, but if I can't expect color-accurate prints and to receive undamaged signs, I do not see how I can bring client's projects to them in the future."

"This was the first time our business needed a backdrop for a conference exhibit booth. There are a lot of businesses out there claiming to offer solutions, but not all are created equal! We narrowed our focus to US-based companies with expertise and history in the space. Ace Exhibits fit the bill 100%. From the start, their information was better and more complete, including access to artwork templates and production instructions. When we contacted them they were very responsive and the sales person quickly made expert recommendations on the best product/solution for our needs and also made getting started with an order extremely easy. From there, it was smooth sailing, using their web-based portal to manage artwork revisions through approval to production to shipping. Everything went smoothly and as advertised."

"Needed to reorder some panels for a pop-up display purchased from Ace a LONG time ago. It wasn't showing in my order history, but Branden (Account Manager) was able to figure out what I had using some photos I sent to him. Within an hour or so, he sent a complete order quote. All I had to do was click a button (no searching for the SKU, ordering, etc.). Super-easy. Had the panels ordered and proofs approved the same day. They are scheduled to arrive tomorrow, almost two days before I need them. "The first time I ordered through Ace Exhibits (5 years ago), the banners were immaculate. This time we ordered 12 Shark Retractable Banner Stands, I found the cloth was rolled onto itself in several cases and creased badly, and the sides were crumpled. The silver stands were scratched, and the resolution of the images not as crisp. Still workable, but not as great as before.

The customer service was perfect and couldn't be better. The upload process was clunky and annoying.

We only had a couple of days to examine everything, but since it was drop-shipped to my next seminar location, I wasn't able to examine them till after a week later."
