"We were less than a week away from an event when we discovered that our booth setup had been lost in shipping. Suddenly facing a situation where we had absolutely no time to waste and could not let our vendor try to fix the situation, we had to scramble to find a solution or pull out of the event. I found Ace Exhibits online and spoke directly to one of their account managers, Branden. Branden quickly took the time to understand the situation, and assured me they would be able to produce the booth setup we needed and ship it out in time to overnight ship to the event. That by itself was fantastic. But more importantly, I was also very impressed by the number of booth options Ace Exhibits has on their site ready to print/produce and ship out from Texas. The ordering and file submission process is intuitive and easy to follow. I was able to grab my new templates for our booth and Branden even followed up with an email providing links to my booth template just in case. I have to also give kudos to their proofing department as they forced me to make a sizing adjustment to the artwork as a few elements fell just outside of the "safe" zone. Even though I was in a rush to meet the proofing deadline and was willing to take the risk and approved, they actually shot it back to me strongly recommending that I make the change. I'm impressed because I'm sure they're slammed, I'm in rush and they still took the time to review themselves and care about the work they produce. "Ordered our second Aspen booth. The first lasted for 5 years and multiple shows. And honestly, it has a lot of life left in it, but since we were upgrading the graphics we just decided to start from scratch. Great online tools. Incredibly helpful sales staff. The art department would not let me screw up my order, even though I tried. I approved, but they verified and asked "Are you sure? Look at it at 200% in Adobe" and I saw what they saw. Our logo would have been blurry. They even take pics before they ship so you can see what it's going to look like. A great company. Will continue to use them, and recommend them, to anyone needing a booth."
