We did attempt (numerous times) to make all the proper adjustments, but our submissions would still get flagged. HOWEVER, we acknowledge that this is the case because of your desire to produce excellent products...so, we appreciate that. It just got sort of tricky and complicated...and then we had to pay (because of the delay) an additional $80+ in shipping for our product to hopefully arrive on time (TBD).
