"Placed order 3 days before they were supposed to "go on vacation." Ordered 2nd day shipping on this order. Got no response nor confirmation until 8 business days later when they had "canceled" my order. These guys are a Joke. They sent me an email today claiming that "We tried to contact you several times with no success". Maybe if they had called the phone number I gave them, or sent me an email, it might have worked.
