"Very fast processing of the order and shipment of the items. I ordered some speakers and they arrived just as described. Acortech has low prices and problem-free orders. I would order from them again."
"Placed online order 5/31/2005, received email confirmation. However, after a week of not getting any update, I discovered that the order was voided, without any explanation. When I got through, I was informed that all the online orders were cancelled since they had to move their warehouse (sounded like an emergency). He assured me that they will be accepting online orders soon.
Not wanting to wait, I placed the order with another vender (comparable cost via pricewatch.com).
Once trust has been broken, I'm not willing to take another chance with them.
From the other reviews, it appears that I am not the only customer whose order was voided. I'm not sure that a company can stay in business long with such lapses."
"Ordered PCI RAID controller card. Very prompt shipment and receiving. Item was as ordered, very well priced. Only thing is it doesn't work. Emailed them the problem on 06/09 after spending a week trying to figure out the problem. No word yet but it hasn't been that long. Problem is that on other forums (pricewatch) they no longer show a listing and others have said here and on pricewatch things that lead me to believe they aren't answering anyone, are voiding sales, and no one knows what's happening with this company. Web site is being worked on, no email replies, and others here say they aren't answering the phones. I went with this store based on the good marks it has received up to apparently June. Unfortunately their return policy is horrible and cost more than it is worth. Fortunately I only have $13 invested in a dead card and can live with it, but can they live without future orders?"

"I purchased a mini mouse and adapter from the company, over the phone on the 25th of May. My credit card has been charged for the item. I was given a tracking number for the
shipment when it was supposedly made. However, I have not yet received my mouse and the USPS is of no help in tracking down the shipment. I have repeatedly tried to contact the company via telephone and then also by email with no success. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience. I would like to know what has happened to my shipment and be compensated for my loss of time and money."
"This company has disappeared. It's been two weeks and my order hasn't arrived. I left voicemail but they're not returned. I sent e-mail but they're not replied to. Now their 888 number has a message saying they're on holiday, while their other 866 number is disconnected.
On another forum, it was mentioned that Acortech may be having problems transitioning from USPS to FedEx. Unfortunately, this does not excuse them from notifying/updating their clients or having any semblance of customer service.
It's a shame to see a highly ranked merchant take a nose dive. Avoid."
"They charged my credit card on same day I placed order, one week later I check as to why it is taking so long, no word from them. On their "Where's My Order" link, they tell me it was shipped on very same day as my order, and provide a USPS tracking number. I check USPS tracking number on USPS website, and it says the shipment information was TRANSMITTED to USPS, but they have not received anything from Acortech. I email Acortech and ask "why you say you shipped the item, but USPS says you didn't ship anything yet?" Acortech never responds, and just today, June 6, 2005, I noticed they SNEAKILY VOIDED my order. To this day, I have yet to receive one single email from Acortech. Meanwhile, I still have that credit card charge, which I must now dispute because I never received anything. Bad business practices. I would be more forgiving if they even bothered to email me and offer their apologies. Acortech has earned my WRATH for their utter rudeness in dealing with me! DIE, Acortech, DIE!"
