"I bought an Audeze Mobius headset from them via Amazon (third party fulfilled) and it broke. Not their fault.
I tried to return it and the resulting 8-10 emails were them trying to pass the buck anywhere they could to avoid taking responsibility and actually receiving the return. They sent me to Amazon three times and even to the manufacturer to avoid having to deal with my situation.
When Amazon MADE them accept the return they refused to send a pre-paid label and started ignoring my emails. To this day they still haven't responded. Amazon ended up having to refund my money and are dealing with them on the side I guess. But, I wouldn't recommend using these folks for online ordering. Ever. Again.

"this is the second time i have ordered $1000 worth of photographic paper. this is heavy and large (20"x24") and awkward. the packaging arrives damages as well as the box the paper is in. fortunately the paper is in light proof plastic bags and the box was not so damaged that it punctured the bag or dented the photo paper.

"Items sold as a package that are supposed to work together do not. The Flashpoint AD200 does not work with the softbox/flashmount it is sold with. Very irritating. Softbox/flashmount combination work well with a speed light though. Flashpoint AD200 works well with another softbox I bought elsewhere.
