Much of problem was because of my misunderstanding of procedure, I am still a fan and 7 year customer of Adorama, great company. "I sent in to Adorama 2 Nikkor AI-s Mint lenses, a Gitzo Tripod and several other items to have evaluated for sale. It took 17 days before I received and offer. I was disappointed with this service and made my sentiments known. A manager called me straight away and apologized for the delays. It seems they had been swamped with new orders and just unable to keep up.

"The reason for 2 stars, 1. The address can't be changed after ordering. I wanted the shipment to go to my daughter. The only way to correct, cancel the order. Then I couldn't get those items again. 2. There needs to be a way to get to your account ONLINE!!!!!!! If something, like credit card needs to change or to make additional payments. But I know why one can't make additional payments online....Adorama wants people to forget it not be bothered by calling the company. That way Adorama gets more money out of a product. THINK OF THE CUSTOMERS FIRST! FIX THE SITE TO BE USER FRIENDLY! Other that that, the products are great and the CS is very helpful. 5 stars for those two things."
