"Things started relatively smoothly. I ship a lens for trade-in evaluation, and Adorama confirms its arrival. I agree on a deal to sell the lens that also includes a discount on the purchase of a new camera. But, after being informed that the deal requires that I email Adorama my credit card information, I decline and request the return of my lens.
Adorama, however, neither returns it, nor responds to my emails that request insight into the delay.
After emailing several different points of contact at Adorama, I secure the return of my lens only after I inform them that I will be reporting the lens as stolen.
The lens finally arrives, but it is now severely damaged. I've emailed Adorama several times concerning this damage, and they either ignore my emails, or direct me to some unresponsive part of their internal operations."

Adorama resolved the issue and were able to provide the terms they promised. What they offered was available with them through the bank. They just had to go to the steps to secure it. All in all, I feel better about the experience.

Adorama misrepresented the financing terms of their credit card. I used their credit card to place an order over five figures. The website calculated the minimum monthly payment by dividing the total order by the term of 48 months. Their bank, however, determines your minimum monthly payment by calculating 3.5% of your total balance. In my case, this was significantly MORE than their website promised. I discovered this AFTER my order was completed when I called the bank. Adorama's response to misrepresenting terms to a customer and putting me in a position where my monthly payments were 50% more than the payment they promised was to offer me a $150 gift card. All of this after they butchered my order, forced me to buy gift certificates to place the order because their website couldn't process it properly, didn't deliver it when they said they would, and put a $4700 authorization hold on my credit card for 7 days when they were only supposed to charge me $113. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I do not believe they operate business in good faith I gave them every opportunity to resolve my situation and their solution was a gift card. I will never buy from this company again."

"I received the mavic air fly more combo, however one of the batteries was defective and wouldn't charge. So I called the customer service and ask for a replacement immediately as I needed the extra battery as soon as possible. However the rep told me that first I need to send back the defective battery and after that they will send me a new one. To me this is not a good costumer service. Why the customer should get into trouble for a defective product. If Adorama had a good costumer service they would send me a new battery and ask me to send back the defective one later. "
